As a Recruiting Intern, you will play a crucial role in helping Jeeves build its team. You will learn how great companies are built , one hire at a time. You will talk to people who are excellent at things you've never heard of, find candidates nobody else found, and do it with a small team that will teach you the craft.
Responsibilities:
- Play detective: Hunt for candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, Slack groups, university networks, alumni lists, and the weird corners of the internet where great people hang out.
- Build the pipeline: Review inbound applications, keep the ATS (Lever) impeccably clean, and make sure no strong candidate ever falls through a crack.
- Talk to humans: Reach out to candidates, answer their questions, and be the friendly first face of Jeeves.
- Make the machine run: Schedule interviews across time zones, chase feedback, and keep processes moving so hiring managers never have to wonder what's next.
- Own the candidate experience: Ensure every candidate , hired or not , walks away thinking "that was the best interview process I've been through."
- Find the numbers: Track how the funnels are performing and flag what's working and what isn't.
- Make us look good: Help sharpen job posts, support employer branding, and pitch in on People Team projects that need a fresh set of hands.
Requirements:
- Currently studying, recently graduated, or making a career switch , all welcome.
- Based in Mexico City, Bogotá or São Paulo and able to work on a hybrid schedule from home and the local office.
- English plus Spanish or Portuguese (both is a bonus, not a requirement).
- Fluent with AI tools.
- Genuinely tech-savvy.
- A strong writer.
- Organized!
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Curious about fintech and how companies scale.
Nice to have:
- Any exposure to an ATS, CRM, or sourcing tool.
- Experience in a student org, university career center, or club where you recruited people.
- You've built something , a newsletter, a community, a side project , that required convincing strangers to care.
