Primary Care & Spec Sales Consultant - Belleville, IL

As a Primary Care & Spec Sales Consultant in Belleville, IL, you will implement sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products and drive launch activities for an anticipated menopause product launch.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Building professional relationships with primary care physicians and pharmacy staff
• Driving demand, clinical education, and sales through strategic business planning
• Collaborating with internal partners, such as Marketing and Market Access, to drive US Pharma outcomes
• Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans
• Providing relevant input to commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning
• Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists
• Understanding customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• A proven track record of consistent high performance in sales
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behavior and compliance
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

We offer a salary range of $124,320.00 - $186,480.00, plus additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, and benefits including healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
