Senior Business Analyst - Infrastructure Cost Management

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Production Infrastructure & Engineering team at Electronic Arts. As a Senior Business Analyst - Infrastructure Cost Management, you will play a critical role in guiding our cloud and SaaS cost management, using automation and analytics to improve how we build, launch, and operate games.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cost forecasting, allocation, and chargeback reporting for a significant portion of our PI&E cloud and SaaS spend
• Collaborate with Finance and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable insights
• Analyse infrastructure spend using SQL and Python, validate data quality, and create automation to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort
• Define project scope and deliverables, identify risks, and build contingency plans to ensure analyses are delivered end-to-end
• Communicate findings to partners and leadership, turning complex technical data into clear stories that inform decisions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in an analytical role such as business analysis, finance, data analysis, or analytics engineering
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and validating data quality, plus hands-on experience with Python for analysis, automation, or scripting
• Experience building process improvements, showing measurable impact on workflow efficiency and accuracy
• Familiarity with infrastructure costs and usage patterns on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with FinOps concepts and frameworks
