ECE B COSMOS Expert – Continental

The Eurostar Group is recruiting an ECE B COSMOS Expert – Continental to work on the COSMOS project, a program aimed at deploying a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and modernized maintenance processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional and IT expertise for the new processes and tools deployed within the COSMOS project for the continental fleet.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise on reference data and maintenance regimes for the continental fleet.
• Monitor and manage changes related to engineering data, including structures, maintenance regimes, updates, and consistency of reference data.
• Act as a reference point within the Rolling Stock directorate for the target tools of the COSMOS project.
• Develop new processes and procedures applicable during the different Go-Live phases of the project.
• Organize and facilitate working groups with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure expertise on maintenance reference data for the continental fleet in the new COSMOS tools.
• Define and provide performance indicators for the domain.
• Design and deliver training for users of the new tools.
• Provide on-site support during testing, Go-Live moments, and operational migration phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in railway engineering and maintenance.
• Experience with high-speed trains, preferably TGV or equivalent.
• Project management experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering reference data and CMMS systems.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
