Description
Electronic Arts is seeking a Software/Technical Project Manager to lead software development and quality improvement projects at EA Korea. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including setting project goals and execution plans, managing resources, risks, and outcomes, and ensuring projects are completed successfully.
The Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team plays a crucial role in the development process, providing actionable insights to help game teams optimize software performance and enhance gameplay. The ideal candidate will have experience in software/IT industry for 7 years or more, with a strong background in managing software or technical projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish, including setting goals, timelines, resources, and risks
- Collaborate with development teams to improve quality processes and technical challenges
- Develop and implement quality process innovations and transformations
- Establish and manage efficient collaboration processes with external partners
- Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and share best practices with relevant teams
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in software/IT industry
- Experience in managing software or technical projects from start to finish
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with AI, LLM, or automation tools
- Experience in software quality and QA processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
