Capital One is looking for a Principal Associate to join our Professional Talent Acquisition Recruiting Team supporting the Global Payment Network organization.
In partnership with your team, you will effectively source and build talent pipelines, manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business leads to understand unique talent needs
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent
- Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters
- Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
- Source stellar candidates using innovative sourcing techniques
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting
- 2+ years experience consulting with multiple hiring managers
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
