The eLearning Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality digital learning solutions that support business goals and enhance learner engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

eLearning Strategy & Planning (15%)
  • Deliver quality and effective training to different target participants aligned with Company's KPI.
Instructional Design & Content Oversight (40%)
  • Oversee design and development of eLearning modules; ensure instructional quality, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end development timeline; coordinate with SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure timely delivery.
Team Leadership, Coaching & Capability Building (15%)
  • Coach and mentor team members; upskill teammates in instructional design, tools, and best practices; build team capability.
Quality Assurance & Governance (10%)
  • Ensure learning solutions meet quality standards, branding, and compliance requirements; review and approve deliverables.
Learning Technology & Innovation (10%)
  • Evaluate and implement new tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., authoring tools, LMS enhancements, AI); drive innovation.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement (5%)
  • Monitor learning effectiveness (analytics, feedback); optimize programs for better engagement and outcomes.
Vendor & Resource Management (5%)
  • Manage external vendors and resources where applicable; ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in eLearning design and development.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end eLearning projects and leading teams.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
  • Demonstrates effective team collaboration and provides guidance to team members when needed.
  • Supports coaching and development of teammates to build eLearning design and development capabilities.
Project & Business Skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to align learning solutions with business objectives.

  • Innovative and proactive in adopting new learning approaches.
