FBS Field Claims Supervisor/Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a FBS Field Claims Supervisor/Team Lead. As a supervisor, you will oversee the adjustment and administration of claims in an assigned area, including liability, property, or auto physical damage. You will participate directly in the adjustment of complex or unusual claims and conduct case reviews to evaluate Claims Representative performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and directing claims adjustment and administration
• Participating in the adjustment of complex claims
• Conducting case reviews and evaluating Claims Representative performance
• Reviewing settlement activity to ensure sound systems and service
• Setting and adjusting claim reserves within authority
• Recommending and implementing training programs for assigned personnel
• Promoting coordination between Claims and Marketing
• Approving expense accounts and payments within authority
• Maintaining communication with specialists

As a team lead, you will be accountable for the team and delivery. You will require experience writing estimates using industry-standard platforms such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, etc., and familiarity with total loss knowledge and standard platforms for evaluation writing.
