Parts Service Manager

This is your chance to join Porsche at the Porsche Centre Bielefeld, part of the Glinicke group. As a Parts Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the parts service team and ensuring the smooth operation of parts supply.

Your tasks:

• Organise and manage the entire parts service department
• Ensure optimal parts supply, disposition, and ordering
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse processes
• Track key performance indicators and ensure economic efficiency and goal achievement
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and suppliers
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team
• Foster a culture of high customer and service orientation

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training with several years of experience in a relevant field
• Extensive industry knowledge and strong commercial acumen
• Ideally, some leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Strong customer and service orientation with a hands-on mentality
