As a Retail Consultant at Telstra, you will provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues.
You will create positive experiences through effective communication and adherence to retail standards.
This role demonstrates foundational autonomy and contributes to customer satisfaction and store performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.
- Be the go-to tech expert by staying up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
- Achieve and excel by using your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate and contribute by working closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.
Salary and Benefits:
- Annual fixed remuneration: $73,550 per year (junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age).
- 12% superannuation included.
- Penalty rates: additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday, and 150% for hours worked on public holidays.
