Description
You will join Electronic Arts' communications team in Madrid as an Associate Communications Specialist, reporting to the Senior Communications Specialist. Your role involves creating visual and written content for EA teams and player communities.
The Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team, which you will indirectly support, is crucial to the development process, providing actionable insights to optimise software performance and enhance gameplay.
Responsibilities:
- Produce playtest emails, panel messages, community updates, and localisation-ready versions for players.
- Create newsletters, leadership presentations, and channel content, maintaining a consistent voice and design.
- Utilise generative AI to create and refine content, building templates and prompt libraries to help the team scale.
- Develop fresh ideas for open briefs, share progress, and complete tasks.
Requirements:
- A portfolio showcasing your work in presentations, layouts, player-facing content, video, or motion graphics.
- Experience with generative AI in creative production.
- Ability to adapt your voice and tone for different audiences across EA.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools, as well as video and motion tools.
- A genuine interest in games and their communities.
Education:
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in Communications, Media, Design, Audiovisual Communication, or a related creative field. A portfolio can substitute for formal education.
