Senior Manager, Global Travel

Join Electronic Arts (EA) as Senior Manager, Global Travel, guiding the strategic direction of the global travel function. You will lead a dedicated team, manage key programs, and partner with leaders to deliver seamless travel experiences for EA teams worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the global travel function, guiding a team including a Travel Manager and CEO Travel Assistant.
• Oversee and improve strategic programs such as travel data analytics, visa and immigration, ground transportation, expenses integration, sustainability, and insurance coverage.
• Maintain and update the Global Travel Policy, manage program queries, and ensure the EA World Travel Site and booking tools are current.
• Manage the travel budget, oversee supplier contracts, and represent EA in vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience leading corporate travel programs, including 3+ years in a global or regional leadership role.
• Experience managing travel budgets and vendor contracts for large organisations.
• Experience updating and communicating global travel policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or equivalent practical experience.
