Production Team Associate - 3rd Shift

We are looking for a talented Production Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact by maintaining a safe work environment, reporting incidents, adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, and promoting interdependence among colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Report any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards
• Use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents
• Participate in health, safety, and environmental training
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet shared objectives

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Minimal or no work experience required
• Must pass all related testing

This is a night shift position from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 4:45am, with potential overtime on Saturdays and Sundays.
