Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Vangarde Monks Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in the food section
- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work flexibly across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth
In this role, you will be expected to work part-time hours, with set shifts on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
