Operations Specialist, Capital Bikeshare

Lyft Urban Solutions is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the General Manager of Capital Bikeshare. The successful candidate will develop and execute operational plans, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily field operations, creating and refining playbooks and SOPs, overseeing contractor relationship management, and performing quality checks
• Own end-to-end processes like invoicing and asset tracking
• Audit performance against SLAs, identifying and escalating risks and inefficiencies
• Support the Capital Bikeshare team in maintaining relationships with city partners and addressing operational issues
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes of issues and drive performance improvements
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, clients, and vendors
• Manage shifting priorities effectively

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience overseeing operations in a complex environment
• Experience using Google Sheets and other data analysis tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think on your feet
