We are seeking a Group Manager (People Lead) for our Transmission Department at WSP. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and motivating others. The role involves overseeing the department's projects, focusing on growth, and developing the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership to the team with a focus on growth and development
- Manage the team's workload and ensure effective project delivery
- Collaborate with departmental stakeholders and clients
- Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Experience working with high-voltage transmission projects (70-400 kV)
- Educational background in electrical engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Swedish and English
