Description
As a Lead Nightshift Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, delivering replenishment activities for customers the following morning.
You will plan for key trading activities and events, manage people, and take accountability for the store overnight, role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency.
The salary for this role is from £36,250, and you will receive a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight
- Plan for upcoming key trading activities and events
- People management, including pay and scheduling routines, training, and employee relation activities
- Regularly take full accountability for the store overnight
- Take accountability for the health and safety of colleagues
Requirements:
- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- A track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proven success in delivering and improving KPIs
- Experience managing sensitive and complex people matters
- Leadership experience in an operational environment
