Spring 2027 Business Operations Internship/Co-op

SpaceXAI seeks extraordinary students to join its team for Spring 2027 business operations roles. As an intern, you will work closely with your mentor and other employees on projects that have a significant impact.

The company's mission is to create AI systems that can accurately understand the universe and aid humanity in its pursuit of knowledge. This includes Grok, the frontier AI model, and developing Starmind, a new constellation of satellites capturing solar energy in space.

Basic Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree or graduate program
• 3+ months experience in corporate and business functions (data analysis, finance, human resources, IT, government affairs, legal, advertising, and sales)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• GPA of 3.5 or above
• Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., leading a student organisation or working successfully in teams)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different groups and teams
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements
• Ability to work independently and in a team, take initiative, and communicate effectively

Additional Requirements:

• Able to work full-time, onsite for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning in January or March 2027

Compensation and Benefits:

• Business Operations Intern/Freshman/Sophomore: $24.50 USD per hour
• Business Operations Intern/Junior/Senior: $25 USD per hour
• Business Operations Intern/Completed Bachelor's: $25 USD per hour
• Business Operations Intern/Completed Master's: $26 USD per hour
