Global HRIS Specialist

We are seeking a Global HRIS Specialist to join our HRIS team. As an interface between HR and IT, you will develop processes and solutions using advanced technologies while supporting colleagues across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HR processes and tools within your area of responsibility
• Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS-related questions and coordinate incident resolution with the IT department
• Manage enhancement projects and change requests in line with Red Bull methodologies and standards
• Maintain clear documentation for HRIS tools and processes and provide on-demand training for HRIS and HR colleagues

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an HRIS Specialist
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, HR, or a related field
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of and professional experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or another HR information system
• Experience in project management and application maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
