Description
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Internal Medicine team in Orem, Utah.
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Revere Health, you will provide direct clinical services, examine patients, compile medical data, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive examinations and compiling patient medical data
- Interpreting and integrating data to determine preliminary diagnosis and therapeutic plans
- Collaborating with physicians to manage acute and long-term medical needs of patients
- Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic and laboratory tests
- Formulating and implementing treatment plans for illness management
- Prescribing or recommending drugs or other forms of treatment
- Documenting patient information in medical records
Requirements:
- Successful completion of national certification as a nurse practitioner/physician assistant
- License/certification as required by the State of Utah
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
