SAP Product Manager

We are seeking a SAP Product Manager to lead the transformation of current processes and legacy systems to industry best standards and technology, focusing on the SAP MM module.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the SAP MM solution and its implementation in conjunction with other components of the S/4 HANA modules.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand current business processes across all regions and plants
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Study the transformation of current processes and legacy systems to industry best standards
• Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, and fit-gap analysis
• Recommend possible technology and process solutions
• Develop a roadmap and transformation map
• Deploy SAP S/4 MM across various sites globally
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Define the overall test strategy, scope, and approach
• Prepare and manage test plans, test scenarios, and test schedules
• Coordinate testing phases with functional and technical teams
• Lead and mentor the testing team
• Ensure defects are logged and resolved

Requirements:

• Minimum 13+ years of relevant experience
• Industry process knowledge and solution expertise in SAP MM
• Excellent understanding of the overall SAP MM solution and its implementation
• Good knowledge of automotive assembly and manufacturing domain
• Experience in SAP MM module configuration and SAP S4 Hana environment
• Handled global teams
• Automotive experience is preferred
• Support in an onshore/offshore model is preferred
