The Infrastructure and Platform Services (IPS) group, part of EA's Central Tech organisation, powers the platforms behind EA's global game ecosystem.
The AI Platform team builds foundational capabilities that power AI and machine learning across EA, including Core AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. As a Principal Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will report to a Product Director, leading innovation and influencing stakeholders across the company to develop and evangelise foundational enterprise AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end developer and practitioner experience across AI Platform capabilities
- Maintain a clear product vision and prioritisation framework that balances diverse customer needs, governance requirements, and market offerings
- Represent the AI Platform owner's perspective to influence IPS product teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical architecture and design decisions
- Define governance policies and control points across AI Platform
- Set clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to align stakeholders
- Influence key decisions at the VP level and above
- Use metrics and user feedback to guide ongoing innovation and refinement
- Build and maintain a shared view of the rapidly evolving enterprise AI landscape
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years experience in product management/program management/software development
- 2+ years of product management experience building and shipping AI/ML infrastructure or enterprise AI tooling
- Experience defining product and functional specifications
- Experience integrating AI technologies to enhance product functionality and innovation
- Demonstrated results delivering large-scale enterprise solutions/services
- Platform mindset, with an understanding of microservices architecture, REST and gRPC APIs, cloud technologies, and developer platforms
- Experience leading geo-distributed teams, partners, and cross-team leadership teams
