Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager - Proprietary Program to join our Rapid Space Capabilities Program Management team in Albuquerque, NM. As a Senior Manager, you will ensure safe, reliable, and mission-focused optical test, operations, and evaluation activities supporting government and commercial customers. This role combines program management, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and facility stewardship.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in Program Management
- Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures
- Acquire resources for organizational activities and provide technical management of suppliers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
- Manage, develop, and motivate employees and mid-level managers
Requirements:
- Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience
- 10+ years performing in a leadership role
- 5+ years of experience leading projects that require integration across business units and/or multiple functions
- 5+ years of experience working with Earn Value Management (EVM)
- Experience preparing and presenting executive-level briefings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or higher
- Directly participates in establishing, managing, and administering multiple projects concurrently
- Experience in developing and managing technical, cost, and schedule metrics and technical performance measures (TPM)

Salary Range: $204,000 - $276,000
