Systems Engineer, EW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our Electronic Warfare (EW) team supporting various Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Attack (EA) / Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test ESM and EA/ECM systems in ground-based or aerial EW domains, including Counter-Radar, Counter-UAS, Counter-Comms, Counter-PNT, and Counter-RCIED
• Work with embedded devices and Software Defined Radios (SDRs)
• Create system requirements, ensure requirement traceability, and validate system design
• Coordinate across disciplines to define, implement, and validate system requirements and design
• Lead program teams through systems engineering reviews, including SRR, PDR, and CDR
• Write technical documents, such as white papers, proposals, and test reports
• Explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on systems engineering experience
• Experience with system design, development, and testing of ESM and EA/ECM systems
• Experience with embedded devices and SDRs
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret/Top Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SIL design, setup, and automation
• Familiarity with RF systems and RF test equipment
• Experience with system-level RF cascade analysis, co-site analysis, and mission modeling
• Experience with mission modeling tools like AFSIM and STK
• Flight test experience and flight test data analysis
• Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
