Art Director - Create

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our EA Create team in Shanghai. As an Art Director, you will play a key role in engaging with one of our major franchise partners and ensuring the quality of content and partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and pitch the direction, prove the concept, and execute on the delivery
• Work closely with the art team and coordinate with the design team
• Communicate with external franchise leadership and ADs to ensure alignment with the right direction
• Report to the Create Head of Creative

Requirements:

• Solid experience in game art and game development, with multiple game titles shipped as an art director
• Experience in map creation, with ability to collaborate with multiple domains
• Strong storytelling capability under a consistent visual language
• Fluent English skills, with ability to run art presentations to internal and external teams
• 10+ years in the game industry, with 5+ years in senior roles
• Team leadership experience, with people manager experience preferred
