Clinic Assistant

MediCard Phils., Inc. is looking for a Clinic Assistant to assist members prior to admission, during admission, and post-discharge.

Responsibilities:

• Check newly admitted members and ER for possible admissions
• Inform Team Leader of admitted members and request for pre-approval
• Visit members to gather information and explain benefits and limitations of coverage
• Liaise with hospital staff and attending physicians
• Issue letters of authorization and monitor progress of members
• Assist members during discharge and offer other services
• Review itemized bills and update discharge details
• Accomplish progress notes and send location and itinerary to Team Leader

Requirements:

• Graduate of 4-year medical course
• With or without experience
• Willing to undergo training in Makati and do fieldwork
