Senior Enterprise Architect

As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will play a strategic role with technical depth to pioneer advanced solutions, lead exploration, standardisation, and framework development for AI, digital, data, and cloud architecture domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI architecture team and ensure alignment with enterprise and IT goals
• Develop architecture strategies, best practices, and standards for enterprise use cases
• Design and develop architecture for enterprise use cases, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and scaled model computation
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to machine learning model deployments and data pipelines
• Analyze business priorities and strategies, translating them into architecture requirements
• Provide Enterprise Architecture design thinking and support to teams
• Contribute to the definition of architecture strategy, direction, and standards
• Participate in architecture assessments and reviews
• Ensure implementation and migration plans with risk management, business cost, and benefit analysis
• Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant use of GenAI

Requirements:

• Degree level standard or above in information technology, computer science, engineering, or relevant field
• 12+ years in an architect role, ideally with insurance and/or health provider industry experiences
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in architecture design and implementation for large-scale enterprise solutions
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI
• Experience influencing solution direction and standard adoption using architecture capability
• Experience working in complex IT environments and prioritising complex work
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI model governance
• Familiarity with insurance-specific GenAI applications
