Area On Premise Manager

The Area On Premise Manager is responsible for the On Premise volume and the development of the brand in the assigned region by leading the musketeers in an effective way, and by managing and optimizing the available resources, in order to achieve Business Plan objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Live the Red Bull On Premise culture and be a brand ambassador
• Communicate effectively with Musketeers and other stakeholders
• Activate events and ensure high-quality execution
• Manage the area and develop the On Premise strategy
• Administer the regional On Premise budget and fulfill reporting requirements
• Develop and implement the regional On Premise marketing strategy
• Train, coach, and motivate the Musketeer team
• Seek out and engage potential qualified candidates

Requirements:

• University degree in business, marketing, or similar
• 3-4 years of sales experience and 2-3 years of management experience
• Strong On Premise industry knowledge and contacts
• Analytical, planning, and financial skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office
