Deputy Facility Security Officer

We are seeking a Deputy Facility Security Officer to support our security programs, including personnel and contract security, security education, and government reporting.

The successful candidate will partner closely with the Industrial Security Lead on the administration of our security programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering the Industrial Security and CJIS Programs
• Managing collateral clearances and SCI accesses
• Ensuring compliance and reporting across personnel security programs
• Managing contract security and DD254s
• Developing automated workflows and AI-assisted processes
• Providing security education and training
• Supporting the operation of a future SCIF

Requirements:

• An active U.S. government security clearance (Secret minimum, Top Secret preferred) and eligibility for SCI
• 5+ years in industrial or personnel security at a cleared contractor, government security office, or in the military
• Experience with DISS-JVS, NISS, SWFT, and NBIS eApp

Nice to have:

• SCIF or ICD 705 experience
• NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, or DoD IL5 familiarity
• ISP, PMP, CISSP, or CISM certification

We offer a competitive salary range of $133,700-$183,800 USD and a comprehensive benefits package.
