Director of Growth Marketing and Sales Enablement

SpaceXAI is seeking a strategic, highly data-driven Director of Growth Marketing & Sales Enablement to lead its Ads business. You will own growth marketing strategy and execution while leading ads insights, measurement, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop growth marketing teams and ads insights, measurement & analytics organization.
• Define and execute growth marketing strategies that increase advertiser acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Develop frameworks, dashboards, and analyses to surface performance drivers and opportunities.
• Translate advertising data into actionable recommendations for revenue growth and campaign effectiveness.
• Build and scale sales enablement programs, including playbooks, training, and tools.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
• Establish KPIs and reporting cadences for marketing effectiveness and revenue impact.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on go-to-market motions and value propositions.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing talent.
• Represent SpaceXAI externally with key advertisers and industry partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital advertising, measurement/analytics, or sales enablement.
• Proven leadership experience in managing marketing and analytics teams.
• Deep expertise in advertising measurement, attribution, and performance analytics.
• Strong track record at prominent advertising platforms or social media companies.
• Exceptional data fluency and communication skills.
• Experience building sales enablement programs that improve win rates or advertiser retention.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in a Director-level role supporting significant advertising revenue.
• Familiarity with privacy-centric measurement, multi-touch attribution, or advanced experimentation platforms.
• Experience operating in New York or other major advertising hubs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $200,000 - $280,000 USD
