Banquet Server - Full Time - Crowne Plaza Crystal City

We are seeking a full-time Banquet Server to join our team at Crowne Plaza Crystal City. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service, creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to health regulations and local liquor laws.
• Complete side work, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Control expenses by following company procedures and reducing waste.
• Work safely, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Manage workload, prioritizing tasks and adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and ability to work well with others.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.

Preferred Experience:

• One year of prior bussing experience in a fast-paced environment.
