Distribution Partner Manager

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Partner Manager to lead our indirect sales channel in Rio de Janeiro.

As a Distribution Partner Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding the sales force in the field and internal distributor
• Disseminating Red Bull values and lifestyle
• Leading by example in the field and back-office, being the main point of contact between Red Bull and Distributor
• Setting distribution and coverage targets for the Distributor, and breaking them down internally among teams
• Building weekly/monthly result analyses, identifying problems, and proposing action plans
• Training and leading by example, participating in daily/weekly/monthly meetings with the distributor and regional meetings
• Controlling all sales KPIs, using national and regional reports provided, and building your own controls when necessary
• Auditing and identifying opportunities, co-creating action plans with the distributor
• Training and supporting the distributor's sales force, disseminating Red Bull execution concepts, giving feedback, and leading by example
• Managing the implementation of materials and control of Red Bull market programs
• Ensuring achievement of your performance KPIs
• Building and controlling your routine between field/office, ensuring presence with the entire distributor team and participation in Red Bull internal agendas

Requirements:

• Complete higher education
• Valid driver's license category B
• Intermediate Office package
• Experience in indirect sales channel (beverages will be a plus)
• Experience in sales force leadership (direct or indirect)
• Experience with Point of Sale execution
• Mandatory residence in Rio de Janeiro
