We are a Ukrainian company that develops and manufactures security systems. Our production process is ensured by five departments: SMT assembly, assembly, semi-finished products, testing, and finished products. We also have an experimental-technological department and a quality control department. Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring key quality indicators in production, analyzing and responding to deviations
- Performing root cause analysis of non-compliances (RCA)
- Controlling compliance of production processes with regulatory documentation requirements
- Organizing and controlling the sorting of blocked batches in warehouses
- Isolating non-compliant products in production
- Analyzing key production indicators and directly influencing them
- Developing new instructions and methods
- Validating new processes
- Searching for technical solutions to ensure quality
- Training personnel
Requirements:
- Higher education
- PC skills
- Knowledge of electronic component base
- Knowledge of IPC standard
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Stress resistance
