Development Director (Technical Delivery Manager) - Creative Innovation

Electronic Arts is seeking a Development Director (Technical Delivery Manager) to lead the delivery of internal platforms and tools for EA studios. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Technical Artists to translate product strategy into executable plans and lead delivery from planning through release.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product strategy goals into executable delivery plans
• Manage Agile delivery for the team, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery
• Anticipate delivery challenges and organisational gaps, taking ownership to lead solutions
• Work with Engineering, QA, and Product partners to monitor delivery health and improve team effectiveness
• Support and develop direct reports, encouraging a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
• Lead a team of approximately five direct reports, including Software Engineers and a UI Designer

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project or program management experience leading software development projects
• 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and supporting employee development
• Experience with the software development lifecycle, Agile software delivery, and monitoring execution against plans
• Interest in modern software development practices and AI-enabled technologies
