Lead Fulfillment Associate

As a Lead Fulfillment Associate at ShipBob, you will be part of a team that delivers an incredible experience for customers every day. You will work in one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other duties as required.

Responsibilities:

• Work together as a team to deliver an incredible experience for customers
• Accept and process new inventory
• Deliver products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately
• Ensure quality of each shipment and pack items correctly
• Help out in other areas to ensure operations are running efficiently
• Handle, store, and distribute products in a safe and quality manner

Requirements:

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction
• Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hr shift
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
• Detail-oriented and able to adapt to change quickly
• Previous warehouse experience not required
