We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a 专员, 团险理赔岗.

Responsibilities:

• Complete claims review and verification within authorised limits
• Ensure daily work meets service standards, including case volume, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in developing claims review operation rules
• Provide guidance and mentorship to new colleagues within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Medicine or Law
• 3+ years of experience in claims review
• Experience in handling complaints and anti-fraud efforts is an asset
• Customer-focused with teamwork spirit and strong communication skills
• Efficient problem-solving abilities
