Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team at Target. As a Human Resources Expert, you will be part of a team that champions change, proactively removes roadblocks, and builds diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission.
The starting hourly rate is $15.00 USD per hour, with a pay range of $15.00 USD - $22.50 USD per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues
- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas
- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
- Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs
- Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates
- Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning
- Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
- Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
