Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology Systems Manager to lead our technology operations at our La Barca site. As a key member of our supply chain and manufacturing team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our operational technology systems, including process control systems, networks, PLCs, HMIs, and material administration systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategy for technology standards across the distillery, working closely with the global engineering team
- Manage and maintain operational technology systems, including ProLeit-MES, PLCs, HMIs, and material administration systems
- Implement and operate a Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) to ensure effective controls
- Provide technical support and training to site management teams and operators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Industry 4.0 initiatives and smart factory projects
- Ensure compliance with global digital and automation standards
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and competencies to maintain effective operational technology systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in systems coordination or engineering, with a focus on SCADA systems, industrial control equipment, and automation
- Knowledge of ProLeit-MES, PLCs, HMIs, and control and automation systems
- Experience with cybersecurity management systems and industrial data models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
