Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
You'll be working in a high-demand environment, operating in a fast-paced retail setting, and will be required to be digitally confident, utilizing our digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing style advice and excellent customer service
- Operating in a high-demand environment and adapting to changing situations
- Utilizing digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting colleagues
- Being flexible and able to work varied shifts, including Sundays and Saturdays
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
