Join Ford's Global Supply Chain Systems organization as an Analyst, Supply Chain User Enablement & Change Management. You'll lead communications, training, and enablement to prepare users for change, accelerate adoption, and reduce support demand.
Job Description
In this position, you'll drive adoption of new business systems across employees and suppliers. You'll partner across IT, Learning & Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and global business teams to deliver launch readiness and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Communications & Engagement:
+ Develop communications for system launches, enhancements, and ongoing operations. + Manage global audiences, distribution lists, and user communication channels. + Prepare leadership updates, program status, risks, and reporting. + Support broader engagement activities, including newsletters, podcasts, and campaigns.
- Training & Enablement:
+ Develop training, job aids, and reference materials with subject matter experts. + Deliver virtual and in-person training for buyers and global supply chain users. + Validate readiness, track completion, and use support trends to address adoption barriers. + Translate purchasing and system processes into clear, user-focused guidance.
- Purchasing & Supply Chain Enablement:
+ Apply purchasing and sourcing knowledge to system releases, business process changes, and user enablement. + Partner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and IT to align systems with business requirements. + Support enablement for sourcing, supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and related purchasing processes. + Identify opportunities to simplify workflows through digital tools, automation, and AI.
- Governance & Collaboration:
+ Align cross-functional teams on launch timing, communications, training, and documentation. + Ensure system changes are reflected in purchasing policies, procedures, and user materials. + Represent the workstream in governance, readiness reviews, and stakeholder forums. + Support additional programs and priorities as business needs evolve.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering)
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, sourcing, communications, training, change management, or related business operations
- Purchasing or sourcing experience with knowledge of buyer workflows, sourcing processes, supplier engagement, and purchase order management
- Experience with enterprise procurement, supply chain, or ERP systems such as SAP or Ariba
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
