Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing style advice and excellent customer service
- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even in a high-pressure environment
- Working as part of a team to support each other and achieve sales goals
- Being flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business

This is a part-time role, working Thursdays from 06:00-11:45, Fridays from 08:00-13:30, and Saturdays from 08:00-13:30. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
