The Production Infrastructure & Engineering (PI&E) organization provides the essential platforms and infrastructure hosting solutions that power EA's games and live services.
As a Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will coordinate large-scale, engineering programs focused on system reliability, scaling, and automation. You will define and manage programs, roadmaps, milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and delivery needed for PI&E internal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Increase adoption of SRE best practices such as AI automation to reduce toil, error budgets, SLIs/SLOs.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in all reliability projects.
- Maintain quarterly roadmaps for SRE projects in collaboration with platform engineering teams, providing clear goals, scenarios, and customer requirements.
- Establish and track metrics for operational performance, partner satisfaction, adoption, and retention to guide prioritization and measure the impact.
- Manage programs that improve platform efficiency, usability, reliability, and deployment practices,including zero-downtime goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management
- Previous experience supporting SRE practices
- Agile Scrum/Kanban proficiency
- Advanced capability in JIRA and JaaS project management platforms
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) distributed environments, and cloud computing
