Planning & Rostering Officer

We are seeking a Planning & Rostering Officer to join our Operations Department. As a key member of the Planning & Rostering team, you will be responsible for designing and adapting the commercial transport plan for the Eurostar service and managing the staff required for its implementation.

Main Tasks:

• Personnel Scheduling: Manage staff orders, adapt service schedules, and provide backup support to ensure coverage in Belgium and Paris.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track attendance, validate service logs, update reports, and ensure data accuracy in TAM TAM.
• Resource Logistics: Manage bookings, transportation, and emergency equipment; coordinate with Co Thalys during crises.
• Support Operations: Assist Crew Dispatchers during disruptions and ensure smooth communication between teams.
• Crisis Adaptation: Help adjust transport plans and secure extra resources during unexpected events.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French & Dutch; English & German are an asset.
• First experience in the railway sector.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends.
