Description
As a Customer Delivery Driver at Waitrose & Partners in Otley, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality produce and exceptional customer service to our customers. You will drive a well-equipped, modern vehicle, ensuring safety is always a top priority.
Your day will begin in-store, followed by navigating your delivery route, interacting with customers, handling products with care, and building strong relationships with them. You will also perform daily tasks such as stock replenishment and housekeeping, contributing to the efficient running of the shop.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Aged 18 or older
- Full, valid UK manual car driving license (B-Category) with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent people skills and a friendly approach to customer service
- Ability to lift crates, walk up stairs, and move large cages (approximately no heavier than 18kg)
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience driving for work or knowledge of refrigerated vans
Pay and Benefits:
- £14.31 per hour
- Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for work between 22:00 - 06:00
Working Hours:
- Varied hours of part-time work (12.75 - 15 hours) on Saturdays and Sundays between 06:45 - 22:15
