Staff Product Manager, Strategic Apps

Job Overview

We're seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for Strategic Apps at Stripe. This role involves owning a portfolio of integrations with enterprise systems critical to user workflows, determining investment areas based on user needs and market signals.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and lead execution for a portfolio of strategic apps, including integrations with systems like Salesforce.
• Work across Stripe and with external partners to deliver high-quality integrations that drive adoption and business outcomes.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Owning the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for strategic apps.
• Identifying, prioritizing, and validating high-value user problems and integration opportunities.
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver and evolve integrations end to end.
• Partnering with Engineering to define product requirements and quality standards.
• Establishing feedback loops and measurement plans to continuously improve adoption and revenue outcomes.
• Representing Stripe's product strategy with strategic technology partners and enterprise users.
• Driving launches, beta programs, and go-to-market readiness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant product management or engineering experience.
• Experience setting product strategy and driving execution across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to define success metrics.
• Strong technical judgment and fluency working with engineers on API-based products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise business systems and workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience building or scaling platform or partner-integrated products.
• Experience growing product adoption through product-led and go-to-market initiatives.
• Background in payments, financial technology, or regulated technology environments.
