Business Analyst - Process

You will be part of Sun Life's team in Hong Kong, working on digitalizing sales and servicing processes across various channels.

Job Description:

• Develop capabilities for digitalizing sales and servicing processes across SLF HK channels
• Study, analyze, and identify areas for change in end-to-end sales and servicing processes, including lead generation, financial needs analysis, sales illustration, electronic application, auto-underwriting, and self-servicing
• Lead discussions to ensure business requirements address business needs
• Document functional requirements and user stories for system implementation and operation
• Define, improve, and maintain business analysis practices
• Manage and approve change requests according to project governance
• Perform user acceptance testing and post-implementation system checking
• Provide support for all channels on digital assets
• Offer constructive advice to business and product owners to identify improvement areas
• Conduct end-user training
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and bank partners to implement system enhancements

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of life operations, with MPF and bancassurance experience advantageous
• Experience in end-to-end sales and servicing process digitalization
• Strong business analysis skills, including preparing user requirement documents and performing user acceptance tests
• Broad knowledge of software development lifecycles, such as Scrum, Agile, and waterfall
• Knowledge of business processes and change management
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Qualifications:

• University graduate and above
• At least 8 years of experience in the insurance industry or financial institute, preferably as a Business Analyst, Digital SME, or BSA
• Agile methodology certification preferred
