Join our team in the M&S Café at Metro Centre, a busy shopping destination. As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide excellent customer service, operate efficiently under pressure, and maintain high food safety standards.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing five-star service to customers
- Making great food and drink recommendations
- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders quickly
- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
- Adapting quickly to changing situations
The café operates varied hours, including Sundays, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
