As a Bank Staff Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to control your own work schedule, allowing you to work when you want.
This temporary position offers an hourly rate of £18.63 along with a holiday uplift of 12.07%. New nurses will partake in a two-week paid induction to familiarize themselves with Barnet Lane Clinic.
Shifts can be scheduled easily through an app, providing flexibility around your lifestyle. The position may include weekdays, nights, and weekend shifts.
The job role involves working as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), ensuring patients with complex needs receive care of high quality while supporting colleagues and encouraging good teamwork.
The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Requirements:
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- Previous experience in a similar setting
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach

- A good sense of humour
