  • Collect, analyze, and communicate quality metrics, test results, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for automation frameworks, testing approaches, quality strategies, and delivered solutions.
  • Collaborate with peers to solve technical challenges, share knowledge, improve engineering practices, and support Software Engineering Guild initiatives.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, testing approaches, tools, and development practices that improve software quality and engineering outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites, including hands-on experience with Selenium.
  • Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, object-oriented design, common design patterns, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automation, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Experience creating and executing unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Familiarity with gRPC or similar API technologies and service-to-service integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills, with experience diagnosing issues across distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, code reviews, and software quality standards.
