As a Senior Underwriting Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of underwriting functions across various operational shared centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily underwriting operations, approve large cases, and coordinate with relevant parties
• Design and optimise underwriting processes and systems, participate in rule-making, and ensure quality and efficiency
• Manage underwriting personnel permissions, participate in professional sequence level review, and conduct quality audits
• Participate in project construction, ensure project progress, and meet project goals
• Assist with budget management, data extraction, and report analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Insurance Medicine, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting operations at a life insurance company, with project management experience preferred
• Strong communication, data analysis, and teamwork skills
• Good English proficiency
